Q: Will my login change when switching to MFBUSAMOBILE?
A: Your existing username and password will continue to work!

Q: Will TouchBanking continue to work with my Merchants & Farmers accounts?
A: TouchBanking will no longer be available for use with your accounts. When you launch TouchBanking, a link will be provided to download the new Merchants & Farmers Bank app.

Q: Is mobile banking free?
A: Yes! Our mobile app, mobile web, and text message banking services are all free. Message and data rates from your cellular carrier may apply.

Q: Do I need to sign up for mobile banking?
A: Once you are enrolled in online banking you’re ready to use mobile banking through the app or mobile web – no waiting period! If you wish to use text message banking, you must enable it through your online banking account.

Q: Is my mobile banking login different from my online banking login?
A: No. Your username and password for online banking and mobile banking are the same.

Q: How do I enable text message banking?
A: Sign in to your online banking account. Click the Options tab, then Mobile; select the box next to SMS Text Messaging. Follow the prompts to set up account nicknames, and enter short code 99588.

Q: Is mobile banking secure?
A: Our mobile banking systems use the same layered security technologies as our online banking system, keeping your account information safe. Our text message banking service displays only account nicknames that you set, not account numbers – and no personal information is ever sent or displayed.
